The comic book called O+Men has a team of nine superheroes who became HIV+ through unsafe sex, sharing syringes and through birth.
But after an experimental HIV antidote test, they discover that though the virus has spread rapidly, it has also given them super human powers.
Artist Robert Walker, who created the comics, says he's spreading awareness about the truths, myths, and hardships of life with HIV.
