In short, all MPS and MLAs particularly from Tamilnadu want their personal and family interests protected and hence their demand that the creamy layer should not be excluded. This also include the new rich neo-manuwadis who have become rich at short notice say a year or so and are having Tata sumo cars, a/c bungalows , house and building properties apart from money lending businesses without paying a single paise as income and other taxes or having arrears of taxes. They want their wards to enjoy free cycles, scholarships for BCs, sapecial quotra in institutions like Anna University with less than 200 cutt off marks out of 300 in entrance exam under VVVVVIPs quota etc. This should be the case with other states also. Why not the 200 MPs not follow the exzample the OBC CM IN Gujarat and ensure 24 power supply uninterrupted for farmers by making them pay for the electricity, punishing the culprits irrespective of party affiliations who were resdponsible for the bankruptcy of cooperatives and other progressive steps.

TODAY RESERVATION CANNOT BE SEPARATAED FROM THE SYSTEM SINCE WHIACH HAS EMERGED AS A BIG VOTE BANK, CREATING FISSTURES IN THE INDIAN SOCIETY. TWENTY SEVEN PER CENT RESERVATIONS FOR OBC HELD CONSTITUTIONAL BY THE APEX COURT IS TO BE WELCOMED,,BUT THE BASIC PROBLEM IS HOW THE PEOPLE FROM OBC CLASS WILL REACH IN THESE INSTITUTIONS. THE STATE OF SCHOOL EDUCATION AT PRIMARY AND SECONDARY LEVEL IS HORRIBLE. STILL SEVENTY PER CENT OF OUR POPULATION LIVES IN RURAL INDIA AND WHAT A POOR INFRASTRUCTURE EXISTS FOR PRIMARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATION. ALL THESE YEARS THE EXPENDITURE ON EDUCATION AND MEDICAL SECTOR THE MAJOR SOCIAL SECTOR HAVE BEEN ON THE DECLINE. WHAT TYPE OF EDUCATION THE CHILDREN ARE GETTING? THIS ROT NEEDS TO BE RECTIFIED THROUGH NON STOP CRASH PROGRAMS SO THAT WE CHURN WELL EDUCATED CHILDREN FROM OUR SCHOOLS WHO GO FOR HIGHER EDUCATION IN PRESTIGIOUS INSTITUTES. IMPORTANTLY COMING TO THE CREAMY LAYER, SUPREME COURT HAS GIVEN A VERY PRAGMATIC JUDGMENT. WHY SHOULD ANY RESERVATIONS BE PROVIDED TO CHILDREN OF PARENTS FROM CREAMY LAYER? BYE AND LARGE THERE IS WELCOME FOR THE SUPREME COURT RULING AND IT IS TO BE SEEN THE POLICY IS IMPLEMENTEDIN ALL EARNESTNESS WITHOUT FAULTS. STUDENTS CHURNED BY THESE INSTITUTIONS IRRESPECTIVE OF THE CLASS THEY BELONG HAVA TO BE WORLD CLASS HAVING CAPACAITY TO COMPETE ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD. With due deference to the Supreme Court, their judgement on reservations and quota for OBCs in higher institutions of learning is a highly censurable retrograde step. Infact SC was asking the Centre for data on justification, and the citizenry at large is justified in knowing the results in support of their 'monumental' judgement. It is common sense, if politics and vested interests are off the scene, how after 60 years of quota, there is still need for continuance, let alone enhancement. Accessability to and reach for education has also increased over these 60 years. The basic problem is drop outs in primary and secondary education, on which the Parliament and legislatures have to concentrate upon alog with educationists throughout the country on a war footing. The minds of all the senior politicians are clogged beyond cleansing to be open to investigation of facts objective analysis. They have already made up their minds, even shamelessly fighting for reservation for the creamy layer. Reaservation on the basis of economic backwardness all across caste, religious and regional lines should be the only justifiable parameter for reservations. Vote bank politics and vested intersts unfortunately clouded objectivity. why only 27% and why not 50 or 60 or 70%? Arjun Singh and VP Singh and their bulky ilk may be rejoicing, but only at the cost of objectivity and being socially fair.

Lets do one idea. Lets split India into 4 new countries let obc take 25%,sc 25% st 25% and the rich useless and unworthy forward class take the rest. Let UN handle this split. But rules shud be strict not other community allowed in others territory .We will divide india’s economic power also in the above said ratio.We will divide all our natural resources also in such a manner as that everyone gets their equal share.Whts do u guys say?. And of course all politicians can go to any of the 3 new countries …We don’t need them in FC No other choice left as I don’t want to leave my birth place just because of some dishonest people want to continue in power.

This is great judgement by Honble SC and congratulation to every human beings,it will be give great Chance to OBC dalit peoples,poor peoples ,and GENERAL CASTE LABOUR CLASS reservation should be given, BUT st/obc/sc caste should be revised and other poor caste also inculdes in this list,from general labour class of brahim,kayasth,vaisya Conditins of many caste are very poor ,resevation is necessary because of corrupation, poor peoples canot pay high fees ,and Corrput peoples will not reduce fees in educational institute ,
UP govt added more then 30 new caste in st/sc quota that is also good decision,same like that every year some caste to be added in that list. Same like that from poor kayasath,poor vaisya poor barhamin ,all they are below poverty line ,consider as dalit and give to reservation becuase in many high field there is already resevation of Nepotism ,father is hero then dumb son also hero,father is big politican then Criminal son also be a politican ,father is big sports person then son wil be sport person ,Mom is star then daughter son wil be also star ,Mother is adovocate son wil be judge, so that make new defination of dalit now ,and give chance to every human BEING BUT 2 points are worng in this reservation first if india is secular country then y not muslim ,punjbai,cristATion are not getting reservation .Means our consitution is only for Hindu religion benificial ,so that from obc/st/sc caste other religion also inculde 2nd point is that creamilayer concept is also consider or st/sc quota,same as obc Now for general lower labour class should also give reservation the peoples having less then 1-3 lakhs rs income per years should be consider Labour class

Or how else you prove me wrong, that Chanakya made Vikramaditya to sit on the throne, and ruled India , sitting behind the curtain. By the same convoluted logic when the OBCs get educated and reach higher levels of status than the ‘creamy layer’ they should drop this tag, but they stick with it lifelong for who would like to forego the easy benefits they get. Even when they become the president of the nation they don’t drop the tag for they care for their own upliftment and not of their community.
The government should make primary education compulsory and free till the age of 12 and pump in the investments here rather than waiving of the farming loans every now and then. They need to adapt the concept of teaching people how to fish rather than supplying them with fish. Otherwise soon the OBC’s (Other Better Castes) will have to move to OBC’s

Reservation is a political game plan for the parties to win election by wooing votes in the name of caste. It is a torture to the child if born in a brahmin family. I am totally disturbed as to how SUPREAME COURT can fall prey to the whims and fancies of the political parties. Does it mean an end to the equality in justice for Brahmin's in India???? I would have wellcomed loans / subsidies etc. given to backward classes to get admission in colleges. Even this would amount to delivering injustice as many Brahmin families are not financially sound to sell out huge fees to get higher education. I myself have seen many families belonging to SC / ST & OBC staying in posh locality with many cars etc. But when it comes to education they care a pittence as they know that they can get admission in the choisest colleges without getting good marks. Why deprive a merritorious candidate admission in the name of caste. In 60 years these so called backward classes have not progressed then in the net 100 yeras also they will not progress if they are pampered like our politicians do for votes. Though I am a Brahmin by birth, I would like childrens to adopt BUDHISIM to take advantages of these RESERVATION. LONG LIVE INDIA
