Very good perspective. even a person driving in his senses is always at a danger of ramming into people who sit on the road side and brush their teeth or perform other homely activities! people have no business in staying on pavements. its the governemnt's duty to ensure that pavements are used for the purpose for which they were built - which certainly didnt include building temporary shed with dish tv antenna's sticking out and things like that!!
unfortunately people died and unfortunately a 'rich and spoilt brat' didnt get a punishment that he deserved - but holding him responsible for murder is taking things too far!

I agree with you and the author totally. But a better judgement would have been to cancel his license forever and make him pay compensation for the victims' family.
